We want our reviews to help you choose the right shoes for your little one, so we keep them honest. This is how reviews work at Bibi UK.
Who can leave a review
Only customers who have bought from bibishoes.co.uk can review a product. After your order has had time to arrive, we email you a link to review what you bought. Reviews collected this way show a "Verified" badge.
What we publish
We publish every genuine review, whatever the star rating. We do not rewrite what customers say, and we never hide or delay a review because it is negative.
When we may remove a review
We only remove or hold back a review if it:
- includes personal information, such as a phone number, address or a child's full name;
- contains offensive or abusive language;
- is not about the product or your experience of buying it;
- is spam, or was clearly not written by a real customer.
Incentives
We do not pay for reviews or reward positive ones. If we ever offer a thank-you, such as a discount code, for leaving a review, it will be offered for any review, positive or negative, and the review will be marked as incentivised.
Staff, family and partners
People who work for Bibi UK or our partners, and their family and friends, may not review our products.
